The ambition of CNP Assurances is to help each employee build their professional career and to fully develop their potential throughout their career.

The CNP Assurances group has equipped itself to provide each user with the comprehensiveness of information that contributes to strengthening co-construction.

Our approach

We were convinced that the complementarity of the new tool with CNP's current HR environment should be supported by two parallel initiatives:

  • The perspective of a decisive HR highlight: the Professional Development Interview.
  • The quality of communication on the benefits of the solution available to all.

Thus, within CNP's “DECOLL” ecosystem, the new “JUMP” feature highlighted 3 advantages:

  1. EXPLORE jobs and job offers made for you
  2. DEVELOPER your skills through training suggestions adapted to your profile
  3. DARE a new professional adventure in the company

Concretely, employees were invited to complete their profiles not only by evaluating their skill levels, but also by adding their level of appetite for each of them. In support of this approach, a hands-on video and several webinars were produced jointly with CNP project teams.

New steps have been implemented since the beginning of 2025. : streamlining the skills framework, in order to project employees into their career projects and to suggest internal mobility.

The results after 6 months

  • 3500 monthly users
  • 85% of employees have completed their profile at 100%
  • 96% of development interviews conducted
  • 33% of employees declared a professional project
  • 477 skills from the internal framework evaluated and more than 1600 skills added to the profiles
