Vincent HOGOMMAT
Responsible for the content offered to Human Resources professionals, Vincent has been working in the HR field for 20 years. In 2007, he joined an Executive Search Firm and took responsibility for employer branding and staffing issues in IT Practices and then Pharma. After supporting his clients in their HR reorganizations and the acquisition of new skills, he took on the HR responsibility of an ESN.
Passionate about digital solutions for HR professionals, he created a thesis in 2020 on this subject. Vincent discusses for Neobrain the subjects of talent management, of competency frameworks and the problems of SMEs and ETIs based on exchanges with a network of inspiring interlocutors. More recently, he has been at the origin of reflections on the impacts of Artificial Intelligence on various professions.
