Caroline Koenig is a Solution Consultant at Neobrain, where she supports organizations in rolling out the solution and developing their teams' skills. On the blog, she is in charge of strategic topics related to performance management and leadership.

She has built her expertise over more than ten years across consulting, digital learning and project management. As a consultant at Kurt Salmon, she led transformation projects for major banking groups: organizational design, process formalization and change management. She then specialized in digital learning, first as Customer Success Manager at Sparted, then as Head of ABILWAYS Studio Digital Learning, where she managed a team designing e-learning modules, videos, mobile learning and virtual reality content, and advised on digital learning strategy. She went on to hold a sales director role at KSIRI learning, followed by Director of Development Strategy at Innov' Akademy.

A graduate of NEOMA Business School (Grande École Master) and CentraleSupélec (Specialized Master in Technology and Management), she combines pragmatism with a strategic vision to help companies evolve their practices, from performance reviews to manager upskilling.
